About FuScOnEd

FuScOnEd began pursuing content creation as a side-hustle in July, 2019. This pursuit began because he enjoyed playing Fortnite with his teenage kids and stumbled upon Twitch. He became enthralled after watching Ninja, Timthetatman and DrLupo, and after watching for a few months, realized he had the type of personality that could be very successful as a content creator. While he originally played Fortnite on Xbox using a controller, once he made the decision to begin streaming, he switched to playing on PC with keyboard and mouse.

He streamed for the first time on July 21, 2019 and didn’t gain hardly any viewership for the first few months until Fortnite went offline waiting for Chapter 2 to launch around October 15, 2019. Over the course of the next month, viewership slowly started to pickup and he finally met the requirements for the Twitch Affiliate program on November 9, 2019. Between then and March, 2020 he slowly gained more followers and his average viewership grew to around 6 - 10 concurrent viewers.

Two major events happened in March and April of 2020 that really began moving things forward. First, in March, FuScOnEd began posting clips from his stream onto TikTok and a few of them got a lot of traction. He quickly rose to 1,000 followers, which allowed him to get a Support-A-Creator code with Epic Games. He grew exceedingly beyond that, which brought some people from TikTok to his Twitch streams. At the end of April, FuScOnEd was raided by Dakotaz, which brought in 3 - 4 thousand viewers! He gained over 1,200 followers from that raid, and several of them started watching the stream regularly. From there his average viewership has grown to where he regularly averages 30 - 40+ viewers every stream as of March, 2021.

On YouTube, he did post a few videos in late 2019 while he tried to find new ways to reach more people, but he didn’t begin posting regularly until March, 2020 when he noticed that he was getting YouTube subscribers from people that saw him on TikTok. He had linked his YouTube channel to his TikTok and people just began following. From that point forward, he’s been posting anywhere from 1 - 3 videos per week. As of March, 2021, he has almost 7K subscribers on YouTube and just earned enough watch time to be able to apply to the YouTube Partner Program.
